Manufacture Of Hydraulic cylinder-for engineering machineries

Hydraulic cylinder is also called as mechanical actuator it converts energy to motion for required operation. The hydraulic cylinder manufacturers required following parts to manufacture the hydraulic cylinder, they are
·         Barrel of the cylinder
·         Cap of the cylinder
·         Head of the cylinder
·         Various pistons
·         Rod in piston
·         Seals in piston
·         Glad of the piston
Hydraulic fluid is used to give pressure to the piston working of the hydraulic cylinder based on the piston movement.  The hydraulic cylinder is used for many purposes like excavator, hydraulic brakes etc., but we are mainly manufacturing hydraulic cylinder for the excavator. If the piston movement is in upward then the fluid comes from the fluid reservoir and gives pressure to the piston rod. Hydraulic manufacture requires many processes in which the initial process is designing because based on the use of hydraulic cylinder design procedure varied. The Second step is to manufacture the machine parts, and then third step is SRB process to improve roughness and air thickness. The fourth step is welding process to assemble the machine parts. The final process is quality checking to check the quality of the hydraulic cylinder.

The various types of hydraulic cylinder manufactured by the Hydraulic Cylinder manufacturers are given below
·         Single acting hydraulic cylinder
·         Double acting hydraulic cylinder
·         Telescopic hydraulic cylinder

Our company is manufacturing cylinders given above with the required specification.  In single acting hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic fluid works in any one of the sides of the piston but in double acting hydraulic cylinder the working fluid run in either sides of the piston. Telescopic hydraulic cylinder is one of the special types of hydraulic cylinder for long length places. Telescopic hydraulic cylinder is available in both single and double acting hydraulic cylinders.

  1. Welded body cylinders have no tie rods. The barrel is welded on to the tip caps. The ports are welded to the barrel. The front rod gland is usually threaded into or bolted to the cylinder barrel. this permits the connecting rod assembly and also the rod seals to be removed for service.
